Unveiling the retail tenants of the Sunsuria Forum

Sunsuria Berhad (“Sunsuria”) recently unveiled the retail tenants of Sunsuria Forum @ 7th Avenue, Setia Alam, a freehold integrated development consisting of serviced apartments, corporate offices, SOHO suites and a lifestyle Mall.

Sunsuria Forum’s Street Mall is poised to capture the imagination of Malaysians and tantalise their tastebuds with the presence of F&B retail partners such as anchor tenant Village Grocer, Baskin Robbins, Subway, Secret Recipe, Tokyo Teppan, Tokyo Don, Alibaba & Nyonya, Tealive, Double Happiness Sekinchan, Artelier Coffee and LN Fortunate Coffee. The Street Mall will also house a Forum Food Hall, offering more varieties of food to satiate the palate.

“Village Grocer is well known for its wide variety of quality products and freshness of merchandise, particularly our fresh produce which is air-flown in daily. We are excited to be part of this new social-living hub and to share this with the Setia Alam community,” Village Grocer, Group Executive Director, Ivan Tan says.

Tealive’s Chief Executive Officer, Bryan Loo shares that Tealive is very excited to be working together with Sunsuria in growing a sustainable and innovative development in Setia Alam.

“We believe that the township has the potential to be one of the key lifestyle hubs in the country. In lieu of us reaching our milestone of 200 Tealive outlets nationwide, we are certain that this development is a great addition for us to connect to Malaysians from all communities through the love of tea.”

Besides F&B outlets, other retailers set to open at Sunsuria Forum’s Street Mall include Focus Point, Caring Pharmacy. Sunsuria Forum will also feature Signature Kitchen (home and living), 19 Hair Lounge (hair salon) and Nufa Aesthetic (beauty clinic) on the 1st and 2nd floors of the corporate office block.

Complemented by Setia Alam’s unique selling proposition of high property ownership demand, business and job opportunities, provision of education and a wide selection of amenities, we believe Sunsuria Forum is the next integrated living hub that will transform the skyline and serve the community of the township, Sunsuria Berhad’s Executive Chairman, Tan Sri Datuk Ter Leong Yap says.

With a total estimated gross development value of RM1.4 billion, Phase 1 of Sunsuria Forum consists of retail shops and small offices, while Phase 2 comprises lifestyle mall, serviced apartments and SOHO Suites that incorporate a minimalist layout for maximum flexibility. Phase 2 possesses an estimated GDV of RM1.1 billion.

The recently completed Street Mall is currently in the process of being handed over to lot owners, with retailers set to officially open for business by Q1 2019.
